Evergreen House services:

Salesforce 'Quick start': Many customers want to get up and running with Salesforce CRM. If there is a suitable 'fit' for your business, Evergreen House will get you up and running in 5 to 10 working days. From here, you can decide which way you want to proceed with Salesforce.

Salesforce solution for small to medium businesses

Salesforce bespoke solution (small businesses): You may already be using Salesforce, or want to use it but have concerns as to how it will effect your business. A bespoke solution will allow you to configure Salesforce to fit particular business needs that you have. These are typicaly 20 to 40 days of work.

Salesforce solutions for large corporations

Salesforce Bespoke solution (large): As your business grows the complexity of IT also grows. However, this doesn't have to be a head-ache. Allow Evergreen House to design a solution that my involve data synchronisation, social media integration, custom functionality or integration into your other systems. These are typically 50+ days of work.

Client Services: Evergreen House offer a range of special services, but they are all driven by the client. As such we don't have a 'list' - but examples are:
Continuity Management: You're up and running with your company's Salesforce system. However, you have 10 days pre-paid with Evergreen House which you can spend whenever you wish. This may simply be adding some functionality to your system - or integrating it with a back-end data warehouse.
Total Cost of Ownership: You are considering replacing a legacy system and building the functionality into Salesforce. Allow Evergreen House to 'look before you leap' to ensure there are no pit-falls or 'gotchas'.

Quality standards:

CERTIFICATION

All Evergreen House associates are qualified Salesforce professionals. This will range from the basic administration certification (ADM 201) up to Senior Consultant certifications (Sales or Service Cloud).

EXPERIENCE

All Evergreen House consultants will have a minimum of 3 years full time exposure to working on Salesforce projects in either the Service or the Sales Cloud.

We provide up-front 'quote and scope' for fixed price projects allowing you to see exactly what you are getting and what it will cost.

All services provided by Evergreen House will use a gold or platinum Salesforce partner. Our industry knowledge will provide you with the best possible partner for guaranteed success. We are not re-sellers, nor do we have any invested interest in a suitable solution.

Evergreen House is effectively a 'broker' for several Salesforce implementation companies. Since each company will have a particular area of expertise, we will ensure you get the best match for successful project delivery. This can be from a 5 day 'quick start' for a 'Not for Profit' up to a 500 day Service Cloud implementation..
