Food Standard Agency   The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has a need for a backup solution to meet both short and long-term needs. Salesforce was used to span two servers, one in the UK and the other in the US. From this data could be consolidated and used centrally and integrated with other Saelsforce functionality (such as a partner portal and a service desk)..
The Open University   Open University needed a Salesforce Partner Portal for use with Academic Faculties The portal is to provide relevant information to students and allow universities to show course timetables, enrolment and course material. There is a need to interact with other associated bodies such as alumni, tuition fees and accommodation.
Bradford University   Bradford University required a way of handling enquiries. They required web-based, email and phone enquiries to be captured in Salesforce with an automated response and approval process. The enquires were given a 'score' based on the nature or the enquiry and routed to the correct person responsible for handling the enquiry. Salesforce also had to synchronise with their existing student record system.
Manchest Business School   The UK Hydrographics Office required an integrated CRM solution as well as a 'Partner Portal' self administered solution. The final solution provided the requirements as well as Outlook integration, Distributor and Shipping Relationship Management and partner access to the required data through a heavily customised Partner Portal.
National Childminding Association   The National Childminding Association (NCMA) required a new CRM solution to manage membership and provide self-help for online users. The final solution required sophisticated analytical reports, an integrated online members area, Direct Debit integration and also campaign management.
KAUST   KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science & Technology ) required a global Student Record inventory. The final solution included full Sales Pipeline (from Campaign to Forecasting), contact and activity management and reports and dashboards, management of contacts, activities and campaigns.
