Evergreen House | Salesforce implementations

Some of our projects 2011:

JISC Salesforce implementation   JISC Advance were seeking to implement a reliable and robust method to centralise and exchange all contact information. The solution required Salesforce to be the central repository for all CRM and also use some of Salesforce web-to-lead and single-sign-on functionality. This was to facilitate smooth running of their events.
ESCP Europe   ESCP are a leading Europe-wide business school. They were having difficulty finding an online solution for new student registration and also managing their internment life-cycle. Salesforce was chosen as it could integrate with their existing CRM and provide a phased deployment across their various faculties. The new Salesforce system also integrated into other affiliated sites to provide a range of roots for new students to register (email, web-form, over the phone, student faires etc.).
Action on hearing loss   Action on Hearing loss needed to replace their in-house income management system with a reliable and scalable solution. The solution also required batch invoicing to cover different service periods. The solution also had to take into account the range of services that Action on Hearing provide and the different payment mechanisms they offer, or are subject to. Salesforce also had to integrate with their existing CRM system..
Manchest Business School   Manchester Business School is a leading senior education business school. They required a Salesforce solution to enable web-based enquiries, manage CRM for existing and alumni students, Contact and Activity management and reporting of Enquiries, Bids and Campaigns.
Compassion in World Farming   Compassion in World Farming (CIWF) is a leading animal welfare charity promoting safe and ethical treatment of animal in farming. CIWF required their existing fund raising system to be replaced and Salesforce was chosen. The new system required that this processes should be automated such that data is entered once, and the business processes, including invoice generation, are handled in the system
AppSense   AppSense area a leading IT services and virtualisation delivery company. They required a replacement for their existing partner portal which was slow and lacking any features suitable for their business. They had an existing Salesforce system in place so it was decided to add a Salesforce Partner Portal to their existing Salesforce system.
