Evergreen House | Salesforce implementations

Some of our projects 2012:

Durabrik Salesforce   Durabrik required a translation workbench for their existing Salesforce org. This allowed them spread their business from the Netherlands into France and Germany. A translation workbench is Salesforce ability to present a website build on Salesforce into other languages. This does not require the user to 'select a language' but simply view the site using the derived location. Evergreen built the workbench to be able to translate the original. The project required enabling mulit-language and Visual Force pages to read the relevant translation.
Missing People Salesforce   Missing People are a UK charity who try to locate people who have gone missing. They try to trace their last know sighting and keep family informed if possible. Missing People had their custom program which had been developed over a number of years. However, it had reached it's limit in terms of performance; as well as future requirements for mobile access, data analysis and scalability. The delivered solution used Salesforce and a tight security model to provide the required functionality as well as reporting and mobile access.
intoUniversity Salesforce   IntoUniversity are a UK charity aiming to get under-privildged young people into university. They required a 'quick start' Salesforce implementation to manage applications as well as the students progress during the course. They chose Salesforce for managing the CRM of their 'customers' as well as correspondences and email marketing. This required consolidating numerous spread-sheets and an on-premise database into a single working Salesforce solution.
Hyundai   Hyundia (UK) were running a successful Salesforce implementation for CRM with custom Visual Force pages on it's UK website. Hyundai had also had many of the Salesforce web- links hard coded with the name of the server. Since Salesforce can change the server that hosts your Salesforce instance, it was required that relative links were used throughout their org. The modification was to be undisruptive to Hyundai's work and to be demonstrated in a Sandbox environment before going live. In all, nearly 100 links were updated.
World Trade Group   World Trade Group (WTG) are a leading professional event organisation. WTG required a compete Salesforce solution to manage events, commission to sales agents, attendee registration and a bespoke Force.com application. The solution required integration into a back-end data warehouse as well as a tight security model to correctly assign any registrations to the Sales person to receive their commission.
Spicers Salesforce   Spicers are a leading global stationary and office equipment provider. They were recently acquired by a Venture Capital investor who required that each geographic office be financially and functionally independent. As a result, their existing Salesforce system required splitting into various regions, whilst maintaining their day-to-day activities. This required all users, their data and all historical information to be migrated from the original org into the org suitable for the region Spicers were supplying. This also required careful integration into their back-end systems without disruption to their business.
