Durabrik Salesforce  

This is the 'big one' - rolling out Salesforce for the world’s largest drinks manufacture and the worlds premium brand; Coca-Cola. Working with a group of other companies, Evergreen was chosen by Coca Cola to be the Salesforce consultant for the European design and delivery of the customer facing engagement platform. This includes:
- Exact Target implementation for mass email communications
- Integration of SMS for customer based targeted text based messaging
- Integration of leading social monitoring (Radian6) to seamlessly link Facebook and Twitter (and numerous blogging sites) for gathering Coca-Cola consumers with relevant information and engaging in the same media channel

Evergreen House is instrumental in delivering a global project encompassing 34 countries and 14 database integrations.
